The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a carefully renovated traditional Istrian stone house, with an entrance beneath an authentic Istrian baladur, from which it takes its name. The combination of Mediterranean charm and modern amenities ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The studio is functionally designed and features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils for preparing and serving meals. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. During the day, the living area is perfect for relaxing, while in the evening it easily transforms into a comfortable bedroom.
